Gateway Care Services Bexley

Gateway Care Services is a community housing support scheme in the London Borough of Bexley, focusing on the Black Minority and Ethnic Groups (BME). This has been set up in partnership with Bexley Council Supporting People Programme and Bexley Churches Housing Association. They offer support, advice, mediation and advocacy on all tenancy and housing related issues. The service is FREE, available to people who rent, owner occupiers or those who are seeking accommodation. It is confidential and completely independent from landlords.

It is specifically for any resident of the London Borough of Bexley from the black, minority and ethnic groups who may be experiencing problems with their:

• Tenancy/housing

• Financial and debt issues

• Relationship problems

• Neighbour disputes

• Benefits and welfare rights

• Repairs and maintenance and over-crowding

• Community safety issues

• Health and well-being issues.
