Nursing Corporate

The Nursing Directorate is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Nursing Strategy and ensuring that practice standards are maintained and monitored. The Heads of Nursing also work with the training department and local education institutes to ensure that pre and post registration education equips nurses with the appropriate skills to undertake duties in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct, NICE guidance and Healthcare Commission Standards.
