Volunteer to Work scheme (V2W) Corporate

The V2W scheme supports Oxleas service users into paid employment both within the trust and with external employers. People work on a nonpaid basis for up to 30 hours a week within an Oxleas department with one day set aside for supported job search and relevant skills training. Ideal for people motivated to enter the labour market soon but who need a reference.
