The Source Greenwich

The Source is a nurse-led centre offering free, confidential health services mainly to those living in Horn Park and surrounding areas. However any Greenwich resident or person registered with a Greenwich GP may access the centre.

Services including healthy living, contraception and sexual health, minor illness, wound care and childhood and influenza vaccinations.

How to access this service

Greenwich residents or those registered with a Greenwich GP may drop in to the centre during opening times. No appointment needed.

Clinic times

Monday to Friday 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm.

Please note that opening times may vary and on occasion The Source may be closed for staff training. It is advisable to telephone before you visit. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of the clinic time.
