Greenwich Healthy Living Service is a one-stop shop offering information and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.

Greenwich Healthy Living Service is part of the NHS and is made up of a team of health professionals that provide a range of lifestyle services and training to local people and professionals.

This includes behaviour change support for:

Stopping smoking
Increasing physical activity
Healthy eating
Weight management
Improving mental health and general wellbeing
Managing long term conditions

Greenwich Healthy Living Service works in a range of settings including the workplace, primary care, community venues and spaces, parks, church halls, children’s centres and schools.
