The Single Point of Access Team (SPA) is the first point of contact for information and referrals in the London Borough of Greenwich for:

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmanory Disease (COPD) Team
  • Continence Advisory Service
  • District Nursing Service
  • Heart Failure Service
  • Integrated Complex Wound Care Team
  • Intermediate Diabetes Team
  • Podiatry
  • TB Service

The SPA Team are here to help you, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm.

This service is for everyone - that means patients, service users, carers, members of the public and professionals.
