Assertive Outreach Team Bexley

The Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) offers a specialist and intensive service for people living in the borough of Bexley aged between 16 and 65 years, who have a severe and enduring mental health problem.

The team base is staffed between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone service is available outside of normal working hours.
