Bexley Snap Bexley

SNAP stands for special needs access to provision. SNAP aims to ensure that the 1700 or so disabled young people in the borough of Bexley have the same opportunities as everyone else. Members share information, provide support and advice, organise social events where families can get together, and campaign to make the rest of the community more aware of the additional needs of disabled young people.
