Coping with Life courses are designed to help people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, low self-esteem or anger make positive changes in their lives. The aim is to help people learn and develop coping strategies for themselves. They are not therapy groups. The courses are designed to operate using cognitive behavioural approaches and are run by skilled and experienced facilitators. Coping with Life courses run for six weeks (unless otherwise stated) with sessions of 90 minutes. Current courses include:
