Provides a range of flexible day services, using the person-centred ‘navigator’ model. These include: • Safe space when people are vulnerable • Fresh start programmes to help people get back on their feet • Bridge building projects to access opportunities in the community • Outreach approaches to engage with people who are hard to reach. Services are provided from three centre bases and a range of community venues, including: • A programme of courses and support groups – including support to better manage your mental health, develop new skills, enhance creativity and take up leisure opportunities. • Person Centred Planning – Individual support to identify and work towards achieving your own personal goals. • Community Bridge Building – Support to make links with and begin to access a range of opportunities in the wider community according to your interests. • Informal Peer Support – Opportunities to meet with others in a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for social and peer support, during the day, in the evenings and at weekends.
