Falls Prevention Team Greenwich

The Falls Prevention Team work with people in their own homes who are 65 years and over and are experiencing falls to identify why they are falling and how they can prevent further falls from happening.

The team is made up of:

  • occupational therapists
  • physiotherapists
  • a falls specialist nurse
  • a podiatrist
  • therapy assistants

How to access this service

You can refer yourself or a member of your family directly to the Falls Prevention Team, if the person falling, is:

  • aged 65 or over
  • experiencing falls
  • living in the London Borough of Greenwich.

Referrals are also accepted from health and social care professionals.
