A community based, user led centre which provides support via telephone and face to face counselling, adult education classes, various activities and workshops, self-help groups, drop-in, social events and advocacy project.

For Greenwich residents who wish to improve and look after their mental health, or with an interest in mental health issues. The advocacy project can be contacted through the office telephone number above. They run three complementary therapies, Indian Head Massage, Relaxation classes and Shiatsu Massage.

Ongoing Support and Therapy Group for Women: Friday 1pm to 3pm.
African and Caribean Men's Personal Development Group: Monday 7pm to 9pm
Men Space: group for men of any background Sunday 5pm to 7pm
To join any of the groups, telephone the centre 020 8853 1735 and leave your contact number. A facilitator will then contact you.
Asian Counselling Service and an African/African Caribbean Counselling Service with appropriate languages.
Friday Workshop: Anger Management for Men.
Full access for people using wheelchairs.
