Mental Health Housing Social Work Service Bexley

Provides specialised service primarily to service users of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and staff working with them, on matters of accommodation and housing.

An assessment service is also provided to Bexley Council's Housing Allocations Service for housing register and housing transfer register applicants who have mental health issues. Referral for this assessment service is through Bexley Council Housing Allocations Service.
