Mind in Bexley Bexley

Provides dedicated and specialist advocacy, befriending and peer mentoring, guided self-help cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), self help groups including art and writing groups, information, research, volunteering through the Bexley Health Trainers Scheme and welfare rights services for people with mental health issues in Bexley. Also provides the IMHA service for sectioned Bexley residents (children, young people, adults and elderly) and Bexley and Bromley Forensic.

Mind in Bexley does not operate a formal referral process as such (except for CBT which currently is by GP referral only).

Open Monday to Friday daytime (not all services available every day).
