Podiatry Bexley

Podiatry is the preventative care, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs.

The team provides a high risk adult service only; patients are only eligible for treatment if they are currently at risk of developing foot ulceration (ie have peripheral sensory neuropathy, PVD or past/present foot ulceration).

The team treats patients with a range of medical conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and lymphoedema, as well as providing routine treatments and wound care, as well as a nail surgery service to people over the age of 18.
