Special school nurses provide holistic and focussed nursing care for children and young people, many with complex health needs, in their school.
Special school nurses are based in the following schools.
The service’s Inclusion Team based at Garland Road Health Centre train education staff in the clinical skills required to care for children with complex health needs in Greenwich schools and other community services. They will also provide support and advice to all healthcare professionals.
