Step Up Step Down Bexley

Step Up Step Down is a ward-based service at the Queen Mary's Hospital site.

Patients may be admitted from home (step up) for short term 24 hour nursing help, or may be admitted from a hospital ward (step down) for extra nursing to facilitate a more safe return home.
