Upton Day Hospital Bexley

The Day Hospital based in the Upton Centre is for people from the borough of Bexley who are already known to the mental health team, and who need intensive support to help them recover from mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety. The Day Hospital is open twice a week, and patients attending will be supported by attending both group and individual therapy sessions.
